IT Support Service- Head Office and Site Office

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, printer, scanner, software, network and application like Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, OneDrive & MS Teams), Microsoft Business Central etc.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks & applications.
  • Respond to technical support calls from all employees of Head Office and Site Office.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Keep a record of issues along with solutions to refer back to in future instances.
  • Ensure periodic data back up in OneDrive.
  • Upgrade applications as and when required.
  • Visit site once a week.

Minimum requirements for onsite helpdesk support:

  • Visit site frequently.
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in CSE, ETE, EEE or any related fields.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Professional Communication skill in both Bengali & English.
  • Team Player & positive learning attitude.
  • Female Only

Oher Information:

  • Dhaka (Gulshan 2)
