Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, printer, scanner, software, network and application like Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, OneDrive & MS Teams), Microsoft Business Central etc.
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks & applications.
- Respond to technical support calls from all employees of Head Office and Site Office.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Keep a record of issues along with solutions to refer back to in future instances.
- Ensure periodic data back up in OneDrive.
- Upgrade applications as and when required.
- Visit site once a week.
Minimum requirements for onsite helpdesk support:
- Visit site frequently.
- Experience in remote troubleshooting.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in CSE, ETE, EEE or any related fields.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements:
- Professional Communication skill in both Bengali & English.
- Team Player & positive learning attitude.
