Education

Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Garments, Buying House, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories, Sweater Industry
Responsibilities & Context
HR:
- Ensure that the entire Employee Life Cycle is taken care of
- To be proficient in Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure proper attendance & leave management
- Ensure to maintain all personal file and update documentation regularly as per requirement
- Monitor and update all separation issues to Group HR as and when required
Administrative:
- Maintain and Submit reports, documents where and whenever requires by the management or stakeholder
- Ensure to prepare report and maintain necessary documentation and audit
- Monitor office environment to upkeep the cleanliness
- Handling disciplinary and grievance, employee relation issues as per Law
- Deal with day to day office administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the management accordingly
